Pricing & licensing

Straightforward licensing, however you buy.

SynthoDesk starts with a 30-day trial of the full suite. Buy through Microsoft or through Paddle — the channel is your choice, not your category. Your documents and data always stay in your own tenant.

Start a 30-day full trial

SynthoDesk begins with a 30-day trial of the complete suite — not a limited version. A payment card is required to begin, so your access continues seamlessly when the trial ends; cancel any time before then and you won’t be charged.

Billing & licensing

Pricing questions

Whichever suits you — both channels are open to any customer. Companies often prefer buying through Microsoft so the licence lands on procurement’s existing invoice; individuals usually prefer Paddle, since no work account or organisation is required. A channel is unavailable only where it technically cannot serve you.

The full suite — every app and calculator, nothing held back. A payment card is required to start so access continues seamlessly at the end of the trial. Cancel any time before day 30 and you won’t be charged.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for direct purchases — that is the name you will see on your card statement — and calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Paddle billing portal at any time. Purchases made through Microsoft are billed on your Microsoft invoice instead.

For SynthoDesk, yes — it is an add-in suite that runs inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, so a Microsoft 365 subscription is required. SynthoFlow and SynthoOps need nothing from Microsoft: they run in any browser, and an email address is enough.

Paddle automatically retries failed payments and notifies you by email; purchases made through Microsoft follow Microsoft’s own billing process. If a subscription lapses, the software shows a “renew access” message and stops functioning — but your documents and data stay where they are.

Subscription-based rather than a perpetual licence. Access is tied to your sign-in rather than static licence keys, and your documents and data always remain yours — SynthoDesk keeps them in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and everything else exports cleanly.
